Still getting ' Product Key Invalid' after update.

When submitting my STP report on the Reckon Gov Connect, I get the error ' Product Key Invalid'.

I have replaced the RINB.exe file that is meant to fix this, but still keep getting this error.

 Editing the export file and replacing the v2 with v1 seems to fix it, but this isn't a solution.

    Hi Matthew,
    Can you please check that the business phone number you have in Payroll Premier does not contain any special characters like a brackets, dashes, spaces etc or anything of that nature.
    If there are, remove them then create a new STP pay event file again for submission.

    Rav, is there a fix for replacing the V2 with V1?

    Thx, I believe that fixed it.  Will double check next pay run.
