Did a pay run this morning in payroll premier. STP didn't create a file. Whats next?
Tried to ring support. Advised haven't capacity to handle all calls. Then Hung up.

    Where do I turn it on if it is off. When I go to STP report no employees are shown

    I'd like to know as well as the guide does not say anything about turning it on in the 19/20 version of payroll premier- I have been using it for a year without an issue.

    There seems to problem after problem. Trying to send pay slips by email. Recipients only get a quarter of a pay slip showing in PDF format. Changed Print Setup. Still doesn't work.

    STP is automatically turned on in the latest version of Payroll Premier. To check yours is on, go to Preferences - Payroll & Employees - Company Preferences - "Enable Single Touch Payroll" box should be ticked.  I hope this helps

    Thank you Trish for replying. I maybe dumb but Preferences - Payroll & Employees - Company Preferences doesn't exist

    Hi Peter
    I sure you are not dumb.  I should have clarified.......preference etc.... in your Reckon software, not the Reckon portal.  

    I've just discovered I'm using Reckon Accounts Premier, not Payroll Premier. I didn't realise they are not the same product so our softwares might be quite different.
    Sorry if I've given incorrect information.
