Have an entity with 2 branches, have registered 2 software IDs, have confirmed with the ATO they are correct, they tell me they are only attached to the ABN not the branch. Keep getting errors. Errors: 014f00b0-6d65-11e9-b6ea-fd5d55c62e12@reckon.com

also I am selecting new payrun/full file replacement and it keeps asking for the file replacement but all files have errors, so technically they are not replacing ato submitted and accepted files.
Not sure where to go from here. Had about 6 attempts at this.

Hi Sherry,
Full File Replacements will only be accepted to replace a successful submission which in this case they haven't been.

As stated previously getting ato receipt numbers followed by @reckon.com. Also it says; The following error messages have been returned from the ATO and need to be reviewed. You may need to make changed in your accounting product before submitting again. (verbatim) Also; We were unable to process your submission because we could not locate the submission that you have requested to be replaced. Getting different messages each time. Thanks for your help.0
