STP and MyGov

I have completed 2 successful STP submissions on behalf of our company using Reckon Premier Professional Services Edition 2018 (desktop).
I used my own personal MyGov Account to see if the information submitted was visible to employees. Yes, the information was visible BUT the Allowances information on the Reckon Report submitted does not match the Allowances on MyGov.
I have emailed Reckon but had no response.  I have tried calling, the queues are too long and I don't have hours to waste on hold.

Hi Mel, welcome to the Reckon Communtiy

GovConnect STP which is inside the Reckon Portal isn't affiliated with myGov accounts, can you clarify what you're referencing in your post.

Please see ATO link below, particularly the following paragraph:
When you report to the ATO through Single Touch Payroll, your employees will be able to view their year‐to‐date tax and super information through myGov.

On behalf of my employer, I have lodged our STP information to the ATO as required.
As an employee, I checked my personal MyGov account to view my year-to-date tax and super as noted in the paragraph above.
My year-to-date tax and super are showing in my MyGov account but the Allowances that were reported on our Employer Reckon submission do not match the Allowances that are showing in my (employee) personal MyGov account.

Ok, I just had a chat with our team about this and we've got the devs looking into this at the moment and are testing out a solution at the moment.

Once this is released and the next pay event is sent, the Allowances will be updated with the correct amounts in MyGov.

The devs has just advised that their solution has been deployed and is now live so this should now be fixed.

After your next pay event, the allowances will be updated correctly.

Can you please check this and confirm with us when you can.
