STP APP - deleting an employee gives network error

Click on the 3 dots to delete an employee that has not had a payrun submitted. The employee is however in a draft payrun. Unable to delete any of the draft payruns either it “seems” like it deletes but never removes it. My app is upto date.

So I see in v1.7.0 the ability to delete an employee was released. As long as the employee is not in a Payrun you should be able to delete. Does this apply to a draft payrun?

Hey Bradley,
I just went through and tested out a few things and I got the same error message that you did.

Let me check in with some of the folks internally to get some more info. Will come back to you on this one.

Tks Rav, seems like the App has had a major bug as I can no longer see any of my data once logged in. Also I used to login with FaceId and this longer works.

Hi Rav, any update? Do I have 2 logins created for STP and maybe I’m now running into additional issues?

Out of my hands at this stage Bradley, I've got the devs working on it but it looks to be part of a wider issue that is being investigated at the moment. I'll let you know as soon as I hear back on progress though.

Anything further Rav. The update that came out a couple to days ago for the STP App has not fixed my issue

Hi Bradley,
I might be jumping the gun a bit here because there is some work happening on this right now but you please logout of the app using the 'Logout' option now.
Close the app ie. swipe it away and then log back in.

I can't say its going to work 100% just yet because there's stuff happening in the background as we speak but I know you've been waiting a while so give it a go.

Today I tried migrating to the new Payroll app and it advised my ABN was already used against another login...

The devs are working on your case right now and they've asked if we can grab the start date of employment for Isabella from you.

Can you let me know so I can get this to them.

Actually don't worry about it. The devs have just fixed your account and confirmed it. But in regard to Isabella's start date, they've just added something in there as a placeholder which you'll need to update when you get back in.

So, if you're still on that error screen in the app logout, close the app and then log back in. You should be able to get back into your usual account now without any issue. 

They've also reset your migration to the new Reckon Payroll app so if you want to still make the move over you can migrate again.

Either way, can you please let me know how you get on so I can confirm with the devs as well.
