STP app not responding when creating adjustment

I am trying to do an adjustment on the Reckon STP app but it is just hanging & not going to the next screen. Can you help please?

Hi Hayley,
Is this still happening for you? 
Can you close the app and swipe it away from your running apps task manager (this varies depending on your phone) and then reopen it and try again.
