I sign up with email address and password and then register a company following indicated the Reckon app. The registered company name is STONE ISLAND PTY LTD (AGN:81 614 413 026).
But I could not sign in again previous email address and could not register name of company (STONE ISLAND PTY LTD) with new ID.
Because the company already registered previously.
Would you, please disconnect the company with Reckon, I will re set up it.

Hi Ryan,
To clarify, are you having trouble logging back into to your app account OR is the problem that you've registered the incorrect ABN to your app account?

If its the former, are you using the same email address & password to login that you used when the account was first created?
