STP App - Pay Run rejected by ATO

I started using the STP app a few weeks ago. I loaded up my YTD figures from 1st July last year ok but my first pay run which was 27th June has come back with an error saying Declined By ATO.

I have called the ATO and they have no record of it coming through.  I tried Review & Adjust and re-submitted but it has come back rejected again.

I tried calling Reckon Support but they say there is no phone support for the app.  Am I better to forget it and start again this year with another product?

I had the same problem. I contacted the ATO and they said it is a problem with the Reckon software. The ATO said they are seeing this problem a lot with the Reckon software. They put me through to Reckon. Reckon asked me to post the error message on this website page but have offered no solution.

I have the same problem but with new financial year payrun. Rang ATO and they advised me to review my employee details, which I did, and now I have 2 employees with exactly the same name, tax file number, address, etc. and the YTD has doubled. I cant delete and couldnt get any assistance from Reckon when I rang them because its the free app. I have emailled Reckon to try to delete the registration number so I can start again because nothing has gone through to the ATO yet.
