STP App won't start

I installed the STP app and it won't start. I have a Samsung running Android Q 

Alls I get is the little wheel turning round. I uninstalled and reinstalled. No change.

Hi Kevin,
Can you please try the following -

- Close the app in full and swipe it away from your running apps

- Go into your Settings menu; Settings > Apps > Reckon STP > Storage > Clear Data

- Open the app back up and login. 

It should do the trick but let me know if you have any trouble.
