STP ATO Error message

I submit my STP file, and got a error message  " A text character must be one of the following: A to Z a to z 0 to 9 ! @ $ % & * ( ) - = [ ] ; : ' " , . ? / or a space character"

And we fix the problem to re submit again
that Error message again "We were unable to process your submission because we could not locate the submission that you have requested to be replaced"

Now I can not submit it. Who know how to do?
Or should I contact ATP????

    Dont stress, fix the problem - submit again when next pay is processed... all good...

    I have the same issue, 

    I then resubmit, same error,

    I then resubmit, same error,

    I then resubmit, same error,

    It is driving me nuts. Does anyone know the cause. Using a Samsung S9+ with the mobile app. 1 employee only and using digits, letters from the keyboard.

    Found the issue, if anyone gets this then very carefully check ALL details that you have typed into the mobile app whilst setting up.

    Peter, I am having the same problem but on PC not mobile app. I have checked every employee (over 300), removed all characters such as ' from names, addresses etc but still haven't been able to successfully lodge anything since 28 August. Still getting this error. What do you mean by ALL details?

    Hi Steph, I went through and typed in ALL details again manually, my error was in the company details rather than employee details. . If you have done a data import or copy paste you may be adding a character that the system doesn't like.

    Thanks Peter. Reckon have checked my company details and all seems to be OK. I will check again. It's very strange that I was able to submit up to August and then everything stopped. Looks like I will have to check every employee profile again (now increased to 400+/week since August). Thanks again.
