I downloaded the free reckon Single Touch Payroll app and submitted a pay run. the ATO has rejected the pay run 3 times now. with the error to "check and update your hosted SBR software ID through Access manager or by phoning the ATO." The account was set up by the accountant. The software ID that appears on my app. is the same as the one I was given by the accountant. Software ID. 3448986293. What can I do to sort out and submit the pay run so it is accepted?
