STP ATo rejecting as 2 employees TFN r

Trying to finalize a year. ATo rejecting as 2 employees TFN dont meet the 9 digit criteria. How do I find out who they are. Before the error message went it said #5 & #38?

    Hi Sally

     

    When an error message quotes a line number, it’s usually refers to the next line down, so in this case it’s likely to be the 6th & 39th in the list of employees you’re trying to finalise.

     

    A good summary of all employee’s details is available by modifying an “Employee Contact List” report (under Reports dropdown menu > Employees & Payroll) by adding in whatever additional columns you need to see (in this case the “Tax No”) via the “Modify Report” button on the Display tab.

     

    Once you’ve determined the 2 employees causing the issue ….. Have you lodged STP for these employees before?  If their TFN was not in the correct format, you should have received an error message back then at that time?
