STP currently not working is there an outage

Single Touch Payroll
Currently trying to lodge, it is not working for me. Is anyone else having a problem?
The first time, it just didn't open the extra screens.
The 2nd time, it had an error message (can't find web site). 
I restarted Hosted 
Third time, it just didn't open the extra STP screens. 
Tried ringing support, they are too busy to take my call. No Outage messages on their support line though, which makes me think it's just me. 
All other websites are working for me. 
Would appreciate knowing if it's just me, so I can try other things.

    Hi Wendy,

    Does the browser window that Hosted opens after you hit the Lodge button get stuck behind any other Hosted windows by any chance?

    If that's not the case, can you let me know which browser & version number you're using?
    If you open a separate tab in your browser and go to https://portal.reckon.com does it load normally for you?

    It's started working now. I didn't do anything differently, just waited & retried. 
    I don't believe it was getting stuck.

    I'm having the same problem again is there an outage with STP or the portal? 
    I'm trying to lodge STP, Accounts Hosted creates the STP file, when I click on OK a browser opens, but then close again without taking me further. Have tried restarting AH completely, including reboot of pc without success.

    No there is no issue with the Reckon Portal at the moment. Can you test this by opening a separate browser tab and going to the https://portal.reckon.com site?

    I did try that at the time the problem happened, using the link you sent last time, it didn't open (it couldn't reach the site). 
    I've tried again just now, and it has worked. 
    Any clues on why the intermittent problem?
