After I upload the STP through Reckon Portal, it comes with an error ATO message"we were unable to process your submission because we could not locate the submission that you have requested to be replaced". Contacted ATO and was advised that when I upload the file through reckon portal, it wasn't creating a new pay run lodge rather it was trying to do full file replacement. Since this was the first file that I am creating, there was no previous file can be replaced. Any reckon desktop user have the same issue?
