STP Error

Has anyone else had this error message.  Even the ATO don't know what it means.
The value provided to identify the receiving party is not recognised, or a request has been made for a service not offered by the receiving party.

    Yes I had that message for my last pay run and got declined from ATO. I don’t know what to do now, try to get help

    Hi Leanne & Selina,
    The error message "The value provided to identify the receiving party is not recognised, or a request has been made for a service not offered by the receiving party." is due to issues that the ATO have been experiencing with their SBR2 service which handles STP transmissions. 
    The service has been up & down intermittently since Saturday but is now online & available.

    I'd recommend creating the pay run again and sending it through.
