STP error message

I did my first upload to reckon portal & this message came up as an error

I think I've fixed the issue, my question is do I need to submit the STP file again or leave it and submit when I do my next pay run?

    Under company - company information in reckon the company name wasn't displaying the same as in reckon GovConnect 
    I had spaces in the phone number sections, so I took the spacing out.
