STP error message

Have uploaded final pay, and then created final pay event. When in Reckon Gov Connect I got an error message
"instance payroll event payroll detail required property "total gross" instance payroll event payroll detail required property "total payg".
HELP

    Hi Wendy,
    When you're uploading the final pay event file into GovConnect, please ensure you select the Update Event/Finalise Year option.

    Hi Rav.  That didn't work for me.  In GovConnect it is showing the totals as zero but if I go into details each employee has a total.
