I have only done two uploads and both have an error message.  The first one with this

The following error messages have been returned from the ATO and need to be reviewed. You may need to make changed in your accounting product before submitting again.

  • An unhandled error occurred within Core Services. Record the details of the message and contact the agency service desk.

Any ideas on how to correct this?  Thanks.

    Hi Runcorn Realty. The message from the ATO seems to be directed to employee details. Check all employee details to ensure dates are correctly inserted in the correct places, postcodes, given names, middle names etc are all in the right boxes. Phone numbers also need to be correct. Every little detail must be accurate as per the original TFN advice you gave to the ATO. Then run one report again (hopefully you found something to correct) and upload to the portal and try and submit again. Remember, the pay run is a new one and NOT an update, because the ATO has not yet accepted your submissions. You will find the other pay runs still on the portal, but ignore these.
