The first upload of STP file has created this error message from ATO. Any help to decipher what it means please?
·         The element 'AddressDetailsPostal' in namespace 'http://www.sbr.gov.au/ato/payevnt' has invalid child element 'CountryC' in namespace 'http://www.sbr.gov.au/ato/payevnt'. List of possible elements expected: 'Line1T' in namespace 'http://www.sbr.gov.au/ato/payevnt'. Hint: while processing parent element [AddressDetailsPostal] child mandatory element [Line1T] was expected but not found

I received the same error message and noticed that it had been answered before. Subsequently I followed the advice then given and it worked. The problem is with what you have recorded for every Employee. You need to look for instance if you have missed a full stop after Ms. Mr. etc. or if the telephone numbers have spaces. Also there needs to be an email address for every Employee. I guess there could be other requirements, but after going through in detail I uploaded again and it has been stamped successful. Good Luck.

Thank you Brigitte I have made the suggested corrections and uploaded the file.  Fingers crossed it is successful!  It would be helpful if there was a guide to the correct entry of employee details to avoid these simple errors.

Thanks Rav, however, I'm referring to what the guide does not advise, like a . after Mr and middle initial or no spaces between phone numbers and any other anomalies I don't know about yet, that cause the error on uploading.  Knowledge of these common errors beforehand would be helpful.  thank you!
