STP Error Message

Have lodged STP since 1/7/19 and with no errors until this one, but all after that have been ok and no changes were made:
STP ATO Message - The value provided to identify the receiving party is not recognised or a request has been made for a service not offered by the receiving party.

Any ideas what/why?

    Hi Annette,
    This message means there was an issue with the ATO's SBR2 service (which handles STP transmissions) at the time of your submission.

    If you've made successful submissions after this then your YTD balances have already been updated to the correct figures.
