STP errors on every submission

We have been loding weekly pay events for STP since 01/07/18 and none have lodged yet. All have an error code and no events are showing on our business portal? 

I have been on the phone with the ATO and have an active SBR provider listed and they have checked the software ID matches the one on Reckon Gov Connect. ?

How do we fix this issue?
