STP file is not appearing as a list of transmissions for me to submit.

When I click open on the STP file data I saved and exported from Reckon Accounts Desktop , it should appear as a list of transmissions for me to them submit. But it is not showing up, even though there is a message at the top of the screen saying 'Company information is valid'

Hi Nadine,
We're going to change that messaging to make it more clear on what's actually causing the problem but in the case of this message, it means there is a mismatch in the branch number between GovConnect STP and the Company Information in your Reckon Accounts Business file.

Can you check what is listed as your branch number in your file and compare that to your STP tile/service in GovConnect STP.
