STP File is not showing in list of successfully uploaded files in Reckon GovConnect

We are unable to see the successfully uploaded STP file in our GovConnect portal.  The file creates successfully within Reckon Hosted and appears to upload correctly too as there is a green bar at the top of the Gov Connect portal that says Success, as attached, but the file fails to appear in the list of successfully uploaded files. I have had our tax agent check the ATO portal and it is not appearing there so it is definitely not uploading.  Anyone else having this problem?image

    Hi Helene,
    You've mentioned you're creating the file in Reckon Accounts Hosted however your GovConnect screenshot shows you have the Reckon Accounts (desktop) product selected which is different from Hosted.

    Have you recently changed over to Hosted? If so, you just need to click the 'Add Products' button in the top right that you see in your screenshot and select Reckon Accounts Hosted then upload the submission to that option.

    Rav, thanks so much.  yes this was the issue... once I added the new product, I could see the file had been successfully uploaded 10 times!! All fixed now.  Thanks.
