STP file uploaded twice.

STP file uplaoded twice.Hi, we successfully uploaded our first STP and status states success, however we then realised there was an error and have uploaded a second STP file forgetting to mark it as an update event. We now have 2 successful files listed for the same pay period. Is there anyway to correct this? Thanks.
