STP Free App - can't login unexpected error

Hi,

Using Reckons free STP App without issue since last year. Version currently installed is 1.12.3.

This morning when trying to log in, it keeps giving me an error "There was a problem signing you in. An unexpected error occurred, This has been logged for investigation."

Screen shot below.

I have 2 STP accounts and both get the same error when trying to log in. If I click forgot password, both of the logins work correctly on the Reckon Portal - so it would appear an issue with the App.

Can you please help.

Hi Ben,
Can I grab the ABN's that you have registered to your STP app accounts please.

When was the last occasion you were able to login and use the app successfully?

Hi Rav. I am having same problem as Ben. This has been occurring since I upgraded my iPhone last week. My ABN is 93 623 242 080. Can you advise the solution please? Thanks Martin

I successfully logged in 2 weeks ago on the 9/6/2020 - our last fortnightly pay cycle for ABN 91131082436.

I am having exactly the same problem as Ben. I upgraded my iPhone 6s to iPhone 11 last week and have experienced same problem logging since as has Ben. My ABN is 93623242080. I have been using Reckon STP for this entity since 1July 2019. Martin

Ben & Martin, can you please both confirm that login is working for you now as well?

Please close the app in full ie. swipe it away from your running apps before trying again.
