STP Function down again ????

I have lodged 4 conservative weeks STP with reckon online, now it all returns ERROR.

I herewith enclose another image for you to have a look. before that, we can successfully lodge for at least 2-3 months.

Can anyone please look at this issue again???????

Hi Eric,
I've just spoken with our STP team and there is currently an issue with the ATO's SBR2 service which is currently under investigation on their end.

We're doing a few things on our end as well to try and alleviate this as much as possible for our users which will hopefully take effect in about 30 mins.

The service is back online, can you please resubmit this pay event and if a ATO error message is returned, can you let me know what it is specifically along with the ATO receipt number to community@reckon.com (Do NOT post your ATO receipt number publicly on the Community)

Thank you Rav. But how can you resubmit if it was lodged but said FAIL.

We don't think can relodge previous FAIL status week..


If possible, can you please show us how to do it?

Hi Eric, 
What I meant was to resubmit the same pay event from your Reckon accounting software in the exact same way you just did. Only submit the current/latest pay event NOT any previous weeks/months.
