We have successfully submitted a payrun for STP but on the Reckon Portal under the status of lodging through GovConnect it shows "Pending" and the status does not go to "Success". Does anyone know why the Reckon Accounts Desktop do this and how can be rectified?
Hi Anthony, If you have submissions in Pending status and you've given it a bit of time to process, be sure to click on the 'Detail' link to view the most recent response from the ATO. The status message in GovConnect will then update based on that response ie. Success, Error etc.
