STP - How can I lodge a final pay from previous month

How can I lodge a final pay processed in January?  It doesn't appear in the payrun drop down box.  The employee hasn't been paid since so it hasn't automatically picked it up in subsequent lodgements.  Thanks.

Hi Nicole...you should have no problem going back to that final payrun - selecting just that ONE employee (make sure you have put in their release date WITHIN that pay period) and lodge that as a pay event... before you submit - you can click on details in the STP portal and check that it is showing as a Final Pay... :)

Hi Linda, thanks for your reply.  When I go to process single touch payroll in Reckon in the payrun drop down box it only gives me the last 2 payruns (8/3/2019 & 25/2/2019) and the employee was paid in January 2019 so they don't appear?

The following error messages have been returned from the ATO and need to be reviewed. You may need to make changed in your accounting product before submitting again.

ATO state that it is a reckon problem?  have you seen this error before?
