STP ISSUE - NO DATA RECEIVED

I have done a pay run and through STP I sent the file to be uploaded to ATO through Reckon GovConnect but got the following screen:

I have exhausted all possible erroneous areas: Company Name, Address, Contact Name etc.  and I understand they are case sensitive too.  One thing seems not right is the address is absent and only part of my contact name is shown in the Company & Advisor Info screen:


Can anyone assist?

Hi Albert,
In regard to the address data being missing, can you please try doing a hard refresh of the browser if you haven't already, that is Ctrl+F5. 

If that doesn't help, Can I obtain your permission for our devs to take a look at your book for further investigation?

Thank you for your reply.  I have tried it but the address and full name still failed to update!  If it is not too much trouble to you please have your development person to have a look at my book.  What logon information do you need?

This should be sorted now, the branch number was the issue.

Can you please confirm if all is working on on your end?

Hi Rav

Should I include 001 as branch number for other companies for whom we are doing their STP even they have no branch ?
