Have been using stp for over six months. have just started to get an error message on last pay run.  have redone 3 times and still getting the error message.  have contacted the ato they say it is a reckon issue.  something to do with decimal place every time i reissue it the error report grows is now 6 lines long

Hi Julie,

Can you please provide a screenshot of the error?  Or at least tell us what the error says.  If you can't provide a screenshot please provide the exact error message.

the screen shot is failing to go through what is your email and i will try and forward it to you.  it will not go through to two other email addresses   it is 10 lines full of jargon

We are waiting for the STP mobile app team to let us know what you need to do to fix this.  I'll let you know once I have an update.
