STP Mobile App

I have registered the Mobile App ID with the Australian Tax Office and have submitted reports since 1st July 2019, however each of them have been rejected  with Status either Error requires Adjustment, or Pending. None have been successful. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Please help.

Hi Shirley,
If you tap on the error inside the individual pay run itself it should give you a message with more information on the error.

Can you let me know what error message(s) you've received please?

Hi Ray. Thanks for replying.  No further message.  It says Error, then below that STATUS, then below that Submitted to ATO 19 Aug 2019, then Declined by ATO 19 Aug 2019.

Hi Shirley,
To change the phone number associated with your Multi-Factor Authentication codes, head over to the Portal here https://portal.reckon.com/ and log in with your current app account login details.
Once you're in, click on 'Profile' in the top right corner and scroll to the bottom of the screen where you'll find the 'Multi-Factor Authentication' section.
You can revoke the existing phone number here.
(Please note, you will need access to the existing phone number in order to do so).

Once that is done the next time you login on the app you'll be asked to enter a phone number for your MFA codes.
