Am having sooooo many issues with this STP mobile app. Followed an idea from a community member and uninstalled the mobile app and then reinstalled it. But now cannont log in at all. Ready to throw the phone !!!
Hi Maria, Are you logging in with the same email address/app account that was used when you first created the account?
I've seen similar situations such as what you've described when there's been a typo or incorrect email address used when the app account was first created, and then when attempting to login later on, the correct email address is used so in effect its a completely 'different' account.
What's the ABN you've registered to the app? Also, can you confirm the email address used on the app is the same email address registered to this Community account.
