**RESOLVED** STP Mobile App & Payroll App Login issues (29 June 2020)

Hi everyone,
We're currently investigating reports of login issues affecting the STP mobile app and Payroll mobile app.

You may encounter an error screen similar to the one below -

We're investigating this issue as we speak and hope to have more information on the cause very soon.

I'll keep you posted with more info as soon as it comes to hand.

Hi everyone,

We're still investigating this issue at the moment, it looks to be a broader problem and not just isolated to our mobile apps as we have a couple of other services showing symptoms.

Work is ongoing at this stage and I'll keep you posted.

Hi everyone,
We're getting a few reports of successful logins in the last few minutes.

Can you please close your mobile app in full ie. swipe it away from your running apps. Reopen and then login.

Let me know if you encounter the same error and/or a different error message.

I can't log into reckon, from desktop. Not recognising my account or password.
Although it just allowed me to log in here.

Hello Rav my end of finacial year report is $3,500 more than the individual entries i have made throughout the year? the tax and super are correct though - are cancelled entries also included maybe?

Have u been able to fix it, I have the same employee twice and cant get rid of the first profile
