STP not calculating brought forward balances

Because I didn't have this set up ready to go from the 1st of July I have had to enter 5 bought forward entries into 'enter setup balances section'. Iv just finally completed my first payrun and   sent it through to Govconnect but the other 5 entries did not send. How to I send all ready entered pays to STP. I feel like i need to create a pay run for each of them.

    I had four payrolls before started using Reckon. What I did was entering those payrolls into Reckon pay run as a lump sum so that STP could capture their payments. (Check tax withheld amount on Reckon as you are entering it as a lump sum. You can change the tax withheld is for how many weeks at payrun.) Alternatively, you can use YTD. Please note, previous employees before you start using Reckon, their YTD will only be included in STP when you do a STP finalisation at EOFY.
