STP not working properly

Added a new GovConnect subscription to my STP account. Have set up the new product ID with the ATO. When I try to upload the file for the new subscription, across the top of the page it comes up with a tag saying SUCCESS. Under the Reckon Accounts Desktop heading - payment date add your data - no information is listed so there is nothing to submit.

Sorry, should have added that the two other subscriptions work fine.

    Hi Jennifer,
I've noticed you've tagged this conversation as Payroll Premier however you've mentioned Reckon Accounts Desktop in your post.

Can I confirm which Reckon product you are actually using.
The reason I ask is exactly what you've described will happen where there is a mismatch between the software you are using (and creating the pay file from) and the product you have selected in GovConnect.

My program is Payroll Premier. The STP program has the tag - Reckon Accounts Desktop above where the information re uploaded payroll is supposed to appear. Thanks

I've got the same problem, Success Bar shows but there's no call to nominate what you're replacing and the two authorisations needed.  For other entities working OK (other entities on Desktop Accounts Premier).  The problem seems linked to having upgraded from Desktop to Hosted.  Checked with the ATO (40 minute wait) to confirm that the Software ID is unchanged but they deleted the credentials anyway and resubmitted and we reset the browsing history etc in Chrome.  ATO's conclusion is that Reckon's old problem has re-emerged.
