Question:-  Why is it that we pay our Yearly subscription and we don't get any Customer Service.
The reason for Reckon not receiving calls is not good enough. We realise this is a busy time but why can't they take a message/ phone # and we' Their Customers' be in a list of reckon return phone call Back. 
In most instances, the problem is NOT with the Customer, it is within the Reckon System.

    I agree. How do we even know they are taking calls at all.

    I am very disappointed with the lack of assistance.. thinking it's time to ask for a refund because of the lack of service...would I recommend....absolutely not!

    It is not only Reckon. I tried to speak with my other bookkeeping software supplier multiple times since last Friday. No body answered. I think they are swamped with STP queries.
