STP Reporting Final/Annual PAYG for Ex-Employees before STP registration

Hi,

We had registered and been using STP since April 2019.  However, we had employees who left us this financial year before April.  Their final pays had already been finalised and paid before the STP registration.

Is there a way to lodge final/annual PAYG for these ex-employees through STP?  Do I just change the "Payrun" in STP window dated back their final pay (before April 2019), and ticked those ex-employees with "Full File Replacement" and "Final Pay Event"?
