STP Submission Error
I have just uploaded this weeks payroll and the following error has come back
ATO Messages
The following error messages have been returned from the ATO and need to be reviewed. You may need to make changed in your accounting product before submitting again.
Error message
You have not nominated this software provider to secure transmissions made through online (cloud based) software.To resolve, please log on to Access Manager (AUSkey required) and select ?my nominated software provider? and follow the instructions to nominate a provider, or call the ATO.You will need provide the following details:? Software provider name and/or their ABN? Software ID
Yet the weeks before have been these

Have you registered your software ID as per the initial message?

As far as I know I had. I will have to go back through it and check.

andAn unexpected error has occurred. Please contact the Tax Office
These two messages mean the same thing which is that the Software ID from GovConnect STP has not been registered with the ATO, either through the ATO Access Manager or by calling them to register.
