STP Totals don't balance In Mobile APP

  I have a client with 3 employees and the 10 individual monthly pay runs add up to a completely different figure to that shown in the App's Pay Summary for each Employee. These Pay Summaries appear to be over-inflated by 3 pay periods.  I checked the Tax Portal for the Client's individual employees and their Year to Date STP reported salaries are also over inflated by about 3 monthly pays.  So this will create a serious problem at year end because their salaries are overstated significantly. We fixed the problem ourselves.  There were 3 "Error" pays sitting in the STP App, but somehow those figures had made their way to ATO.  So we "reviewed and adjusted the errors and entered negative values in Gross, Tax and Super and submitted to ATO.   ":VOILA"  all figures are now correct both YTD in Reckon and at ATO.  Disappointed that no suggestions came from Reckon.
