STP upload onto ATO Business Portal but displaying ERROR message on RECKON Customer Portal

I was completing an STP upload through the Reckon Customer Portal and received an error status with the error message stating "ATO sent the poll response but the service failed to deserialize it." However when I went onto the ATO Business Portal the STP is actually displaying and has been submitted. What do I do, do I resubmit the STP for that week, or do I just leave it on the Reckon Portal with an ERROR status? If I resubmit will it make a duplicate entry in the ATO business portal? thanks
