Submission error with STP information

What does the STP submission error "An error occured while submitting to RSBRE" mean? I have tried a single person today, and then replacing the last payroll as a person was missed, but keep getting the same result.

When I click the submit button and fill in the details, nothing happens, just the error message.  The last submission from Monday hasn't gone from pending yet either.

    Hi Donna,
    Did you get the same result with both pay events that you submitted?

    Can you let me know roughly what time they were lodged?

    I've just had a word with the our devs, we're looking into a few things on our end in regard to that particular message. I'll come back to you shortly with some more info once I hear back from the team.

    Hi Donna,
    We're not too far off getting this sorted but just a heads up, the pay events that you've submitted today that resulted in an error will need to be resubmitted once our team have got this sorted. I'll let you know as soon as that happens.

    All good. Was just able to log back in and submit today's ones. The previous one that had been sitting as pending is now also ok.  Thanks to whoever made that happen!
