Suddenly all purchase orders are trying to email to the business fax number

Using RA Enterprise, which is set to use Outlook to email out orders, every PO I send out has in the TO: box (in Outlook) (COMPANY NAME) Business Fax. According to my numbers the last 550 purchase orders all went out to an email address, but now if I try to send any of them again via email, up comes the to: Business Fax, which of course fails in Outlook.
I haven't altered a thing in RA - any ideas?

All businesses of course have an email address entered in to their details.

    Can you supply a screen shots.

    Check the 'send forms' in preferences for the Purchase order set up & defaults.

    Best guess at this stage would be an update on your PC or outlook, that has affected the mapi communication between Reckon & outlook.

    My PC updated last week and I lost one of the 2 screens, couldn't find the second one, altered all the display settings on the other one to a prehistoric resolution and the icons were as large as a drink coaster, when I went to change them it told me the current resoluton was the "recommended" setting..lol.  Got to love updates.

    Had to restore PC to before update
