Super allocated to job

Hi,
I have a partial superannuation cost coming up when looking at the costings for a job. I can't recall where to go to amend this setting so that the super doesn't split itself across the jobs?

    Hi Kerri

Not sure if I fully understand what your query is ….  Are you saying you don’t want to job cost payroll at all?  In that case, you can just untick the “Job Costing & Item Tracking for paycheque expenses” checkbox in your Preferences:

Edit (along top toolbar) > Preferences > Payroll & Employees > Company Preferences tab

The additional job tracking option for a particular Payroll Item however is either on or off – you can’t split it for some jobs but not others ….

(I suppose you could create a 2nd one that doesn’t track but that seems a little counter-productive overall as your job-costing will be inaccurate if it’s incomplete/inconsistent)
