    Hi Sharelle.
A couple of questions for you:
    1.  How much Super was calculated?
    2.  Where did you set up the monthly rule - on the payroll item or in the employee's record?

    Hi Sharelle,
The first payrun - is it for a week or month? If it is for a week, then this would be correct, as if it was multiplied out for a month, they would be over the $450 threshold

But what if they only do the first two weeks on the month then they would reach $450 but I have paid the super.

The super is calculated only on the actual amount of wages paid for the period, not on what might be a presumed amount for the month.  As the month progresses and once the amount of pay reaches $450 so far for the month, Reckon calculates the super on the total amount of wages paid so far.  Then, in a subsequent pay for the month, the super would calculate on the actual amount in that pay only.
Sharelle, what were the wages for the specific pay period and what amount of super was calculated?  Or, to be even more specific, what were all of the payroll items included in that particular pay?
