Hello Reckon Community!

I'm having a couple of issues with SuperStream and I'm sure there are really simple solutions but I just can't seem to find them. I'd be really grateful for any help I can get!
  1. My first problem is that when I add a SuperStream batch for the month, it is missing employees. I need to go to "Add employee", select all and then add them, and I do this several times before they're all added. To explain further, when I create the batch there are only 81 employees listed. I then go through the "Add employee" process three times to get to the total 122 employees. I tried deleting the draft and adding the batch again but the same problem occurred.

  2. Once I've added the batch to SuperStream the list looks fine on Reckon, but once I create and open SAFF on excel, I'm missing one employee's entry.
We're hoping to use SuperStream on a monthly basis and we'd like to try it in the next couple of days, so I'd really appreciate any help!

    Hi AG

    thank you for your patience.

We have done the further investigation around this and have found some issues which we are working on. We are hoping to get the fix for it out soon, hopefully by end of next week.

Please let me know if you are ok to wait until then. If not let me know again, so we can find some workaround for you.

    Regards

    Hi Shisir,

My apologies for not getting back to you sooner!

Thank you for all your help. I am more than happy to wait, as I have since manually added the employee to the spreadsheet and will upload that instead. But fingers crossed this can be fixed by next month!

If you need any feedback or if you'd like me to do anything on my end, please let me know.

    Regards,
    A G
