Superannuation Fund is not listed & I need to run a payrun

I have set up a client on Reckon Payroll & 2 of the four employees I have set up on the payroll are members of super funds that do not appear on the drop down list. So I have clicked on the link where it says "My super fund is not listed" & submitted the details. However I need to run a payrun today & when I try to add the super info in the employee's "Pay Set Up" screen, it is only bringing up the 2 super funds that were available. Do I need to have the super accounts set up on the "Pay Set Up" screen to run my payroll? Will the super still calculate?

    I had the same problem and noticed you had no replies so phoned tech support and was told to clear the drop down and start entering the ABN (not the name) of the fund.  The fund will appear, as long as it is a registered fund, and can be selected.  I had the problem of variations in names of the funds, but the ABN is the constant.
