Superstream upgrade and Superlink.

A little confused. We use Superlink but the guide says don't upgrade if you use Superlink, but stay on the R3 version. However, the R3 button is disappearing in a few weeks, even though Superlink is still available till the end of January. How do I continue to use R3 if the button is gone?

And is it possible to get a copy of the format of the upload file required by NAB so I can modify ours for a different clearing house if necessary?

Hi Donna, It won't make any difference to upgrade now or later, whether you use Superstream or not. This is like any other product upgrade, and you're right, R3 will eventually disappear.

Regarding viewing the Super Export file, yes, just go to Employees drop down menu and choose Super Data Export, select the date range, and the file will export where you can then download the file and open in Excel.

Agreed Nathan, R3 will eventually disappear, but why does it have to happen on the 28th December when most people will be on holiday for Xmas / New Year.  Stupid timing!

I already export it to Excel, change it sometimes and save it back as a .csv file for Superlink.  Will I still be able to use Superlink after the end of January by using their external website and uploading to there as I do now?  There is no info on their site to say they are shutting down.
