Supplier remittance emails - screen hanging when sent

Once the supplier remittance emails have been sent the screen just hangs and will not allow you to close the screen. I have to go to the control panel and log out of the session to be able to move on which is not efficient use. Anybody else having this issue?

    Check if there are any windows or prompts that require your attention but have been opened in the background of Hosted. Press the Alt and Page Up keys on your keyboard to bring any open windows to the foreground.
