Support for Personal Plus Upgrade

I was having huge problems wading through huge amounts of Reckon online pages trying to find a way to either recover my Personal Plus 2013 or else upgrade in order to get at my saved data. I did not know whether my data would be even compatible with an upgrade. I made little if any progress until I posted a question on the forum and Gerry Winter responded with a mobile number and invitation to call him. I did, and was very pleasantly surprised by the knowledge and friendly help that Gerry provided. He called back several times to provide me with details of next steps I should take. Most helpful, and next time I need to upgrade I will go straight to Gerry.
