Support team is at capacity and disconnects call. Surely you can offer a call bac service...
I am having trouble downloading the tax table updates, and you say we don't have any products registered, which is incorrect...

    Kylie - email me your Customer ID - linda@abcomputing.com.au and I will try and find out what the problem is?  Assume you have desktop Reckon Accounts?  are you on a subscription?
